Welcome to MB388. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and MB388 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), an internationally licensed online gaming platform accessible at https://mb388.cam.

By accessing, registering an account with, or using any services provided by MB388, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. 3.2 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be acting on behalf of a minor or under the legal control of any person or entity that would prohibit your participation in online gaming.

3.3 Jurisdictional Restrictions

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform. MB388 does not accept registrations from Restricted Jurisdictions. By registering, you confirm that you are not a citizen or resident of any Restricted Jurisdiction.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same person — whether under the same or different identity details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.5 Self-Exclusion Status

You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether self-imposed through MB388 or imposed by a relevant regulatory body, at the time of registration or during the period of account operation.

To access real-money gaming services on MB388, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full.

4.1 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. MB388 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must immediately notify MB388 if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

MB388 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals. Acceptable verification documents include a valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or driver's licence, together with proof of current residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement dated within three months). Selfie verification may be required for enhanced checks.

4.4 Account Transfer Prohibition

Your MB388 account is strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of balances.

By accessing the MB388 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

5.1 Permitted Use

The Platform is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You may browse, register, deposit, wager, and withdraw for your own personal recreational entertainment. You may not use MB388 for any commercial purpose, including operating a betting syndicate or processing wagers on behalf of third parties.

5.2 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for ensuring that your device and internet connection meet the minimum technical requirements for accessing the Platform. MB388 accepts no liability for service interruptions caused by your hardware, software, internet service provider, or network conditions.

5.3 Fair Play Obligation

You agree to engage with all gaming services in good faith and without the use of any unauthorised software, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other systems designed to provide an unfair advantage. MB388 reserves the right to void any wager placed using such methods.

Prior to processing any withdrawal, MB388 requires that the Player has completed KYC verification. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 unless otherwise stated.

6.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard accounts can expect withdrawals to be processed within 24 hours of approval. Silver members receive priority processing within 12 hours. Gold VIP members are entitled to same-day processing with a target turnaround of under 4 hours. These timeframes apply to approved withdrawals following completed KYC verification.

6.4 Transaction Limits

MB388 reserves the right to impose maximum daily, weekly, or monthly transaction limits at its discretion. Players may also set personal deposit and withdrawal limits through their account settings as part of our responsible gaming tools.

6.5 Currency

All transactions on MB388 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. MB388 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• All bonuses must be claimed within the specified claim window, typically 7 days from eligibility.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period (commonly 7–30 days).
• A maximum bet limit of RM 50 per spin or per wager applies while any bonus is active, unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Game contribution rates vary: slots typically contribute 100%, live dealer games 20%, and sports bets 100% subject to minimum odds conditions.

7.2 Welcome Bonus Offers

MB388 currently offers four distinct welcome bonus options. Each is subject to its own wagering requirement, minimum deposit condition, and expiry period as published on the Promotions page. Players may only claim one welcome bonus type per registered account.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

MB388 reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back bonus funds and associated winnings if it determines that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, placing low-risk bets (e.g., betting on both sides of an outcome) to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine engagement, or using software or coordinated strategies to exploit promotional conditions.

7.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

MB388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will have their wagering progress and existing entitlements honoured subject to these Terms.

The following rules govern all sports betting activity on the MB388 Platform, including markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League (EPL), La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and all other sports and esports competitions listed.

8.1 Bet Settlement

All bets are settled in accordance with the official result as declared by the relevant governing body or league authority. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, MB388's decision, made in good faith and with reference to official sources, shall be final and binding.

8.2 Match Abandonment

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled after commencement, MB388 will settle bets in accordance with its published sport-specific rules. Generally, bets will be voided if fewer than 70% of the scheduled match time has elapsed, unless the result is already determined.

8.3 Errors in Odds

MB388 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to technical malfunction, data feed error, or human error. In such cases, affected Players will be notified and their stake returned.

8.4 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event payout limits apply across all sports betting markets. These limits are published within the Platform's sports betting interface and may vary by sport, competition, and market type.

8.5 Mix Parlay

Mix Parlay bets combine multiple individual selections. All selections must win for the parlay to be paid. Minimum odds conditions apply for each selection to qualify for Mix Parlay promotions. Where one selection is voided, the parlay is recalculated excluding that selection.

All casino games available on MB388 — including slots, live dealer tables, virtual games, and poker — operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited for fairness.

9.1 RNG Certification

MB388's casino game outcomes are determined solely by certified RNG systems. No employee, agent, or third party can influence game outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average and do not guarantee individual session results.

9.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a casino game, the round may be void. MB388 will endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from technical failures promptly, but reserves the right to void any game round where the outcome cannot be verified from server records.

9.3 Live Dealer Games

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the MB388 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or different identity.

• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or use of insider information in connection with sports wagers.
• Attempting to launder money or use MB388 for any form of financial fraud or illegal transaction processing.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including hedging bets to neutralise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your account or login credentials to any third party.
• Using the Platform for any commercial purpose not expressly authorised by MB388 in writing.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing MB388 staff or other platform users.
• Attempting to circumvent security systems, exploit technical vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.

All content on the MB388 Platform — including but not limited to logos, trademarks, game graphics, text, software, data compilations, and user interface design — is the exclusive intellectual property of MB388 or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express prior written consent of MB388.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MB388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, game outcome disputes, or service interruptions.

MB388's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by that Player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude MB388's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

MB388 shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure is caused by Force Majeure events.

Either you or MB388 may terminate your account at any time, subject to the conditions described below.

14.1 Termination by Player

You may request account closure at any time by contacting MB388 support. Before processing closure, any pending bonuses will be removed, and any remaining real money balance (minus pending transaction fees) will be returned to your nominated payment method following final identity verification.

14.2 Termination by MB388

MB388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the security or integrity of the Platform. In cases of fraud or prohibited conduct, balances may be withheld pending investigation.

14.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login or transaction activity for a continuous period of 12 months. MB388 may apply a monthly dormancy fee to dormant accounts as disclosed in the fee schedule. Players will be notified before any dormancy fee is applied.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with the use of the MB388 Platform shall be governed by the laws applicable to internationally licensed online gaming operations. MB388 operates under an international gaming licence issued by a recognised licensing authority.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation between you and MB388 shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

MB388 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered Players via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or administrative updates may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.
